Allegedly murdered hundreds of suspected petty & serious criminals, this group of police officers, village security officials, former NPA rebels, gang members & ex-convicts have counterparts & cohorts still actively in business or on call especially this presidential election year in the Philippines. This in our severely corrupt country, where many who stole billions worth of development, aid and social services funds go unscathed. We are worried... Yet one member, leader of a civil society group, who can endanger us, dismissed these as non-concerns, even false charges.
